Cooking instructions for 3 Cups of Rice in an Electrical Rice Cooker:
1-Mix 3 Cups of Rice and 3 Cups of water with Salt and Butter/cooking oil then Cover the Lid
2-Set the cooker to High and let it cook for 40 minutes
3-Wait 15 minutes to release the pressure then cover the lid with a towel and let it cook for another 20 minutes, in a meanwhile fluff with a fork a few times to make space for the rice to grow and steam well
Cooking instructions for Stovetop:
1- Mix 3 Cups of Rice and 3 Cups of water in a medium-sized pot, add salt and Butter/cooking oil, stir well, and bring uncovered over high heat to boil.
2-Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender
3- pile the rice in the pot, cover the pot lid with a towel, and let it cook for another 20 minutes over low heat, in the meanwhile fluff with a fork a few times to make space for the rice to grow and steam well.
